Manufactured using synthetic rubber, Dyntek Adhesive SB50 is designed for use with Dyntek Spindle to provide fast bonding for applications such as fixing of MetalLath/StripMesh onto wall prior to plastering in particular crack-prone areas between concrete and brick/blockwork; as well as for fastening of fibre-glass wool in hot and cold insulation works.

Other applications include the fastening of Dyntek mesh products.

Installation Notes:

  1. Ensure surface to be applied is free from dirt/oil before commencement.
  2. Apply Dyntek Adhesive SB50 sparingly onto perforated base of Dyntek Spindle and without delay push spindle base onto desired position using twisting motions to ensure even spread of adhesive.
  3. Allow 5-10 minutes for initial bond or 24 hours for maximum cure.

  1. Eye contact may cause severe eye irritation, redness, tearing and blurred vision.
  2. Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause irritation.
  3. Inhalation may cause respiratory system irritation and central nervous depression characterized by headache, dizziness, muscle weakness and fatigue.

Precautions for Safe Handling and Use

  • Eye Protection
    Wear safety glasses with side shields or chemical splash goggles when using this product.
  • Skin Protection
    Wear rubber gloves for direct handling.
  • Hygienic Practices
    Wash exposed skin prior to eating or drinking.
  • Storage
    As product is combustible, avoid flames, sparks or any source of ignition.
    Store away from high temperatures for best result in usage.

First Aid Procedures

  • If this material contacts the eyes, hold eyelids open and flush immediately with a gentle stream of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention.
  • In case of skin contact, clean with rubbing alcohol first, followed immediately by washing affected area with soap and water. Get medical attention if necessary.
  • In case of inhalation, remove to fresh uncontaminated air. Get medical attention if necessary.
